Founded by Nahtyka Jolly, Thickerplots originated in 2020 as an online book club and has since morphed into a full-service literary collective serving the metro Atlanta area.

Thickerplots exists to create engaging spaces and experiences, from interactive community activations and lively discussions to literary symposiums and makers workshops, that celebrate diverse voices and explore the profound ways literature shapes our understanding of the world and our communities.
